Bistro Jarl
Intimacy and an open atmosphere - that is what we believe to be the hallmarks of Bistro Jarl. And of course our many regular guests. Without the pleasant buzz around the tables, we would surely be nothing. The interior with its patina, magnificent chandeliers, stucco, gold leaf and bentwood chairs with ox-blood leather seats - it all breathes of Paris in the late 19th century.
Our kitchen matches up by serving bistro classics, such as Steak Frites, Caesar salad, grilled Steak Tartare (on the menu since 1997), beef Rydberg and Crème Brûlée. Our popular Champagne and cocktail bar and the location on the most fashionable part of Birger Jarlsgatan also add to the experience - especially in the summertime, when our terrace makes a fine spot to meet friends, see others and to be seen.
This may be as close as you get to Paris in Stockholm.
